back to About Debby
Debby Towle is a gifted and talented coach, and someone I have found highly capable of addressing a broad array of both personal and professional goals and issues. I started working with Debby in a coaching capacity the summer of 2006, at a time when I was facing some significant decisions in the areas of work/life balance, career transition, parenting, and values. She is a consummate professional and brings intelligence, creativity and extraordinary intuition to each issue and to our overall coaching partnership. Debby has a passion and a calling for helping others reach new heights and enhance the overall quality of their lives.

I had never heard of the concept of "Life Coaching" before I read a few profiles online at Zaadz.com (a great site for finding fellow soul searchers, by the way!). However, the convergence of certain events in my life made me open to the idea even more, and I think it was not mere coincidence that Debby, whose profile I stumbled upon at Zaadz.com, would be present at this critical juncture and actually facilitate in passing it.
After reading a bit more about the life coaching process, seeing that she was indeed certified as a coach, I contacted her, and she was immediately open and welcoming. Through a very generous complimentary "try out" session, I was able to see how this life coach operated. After telling her my story in the one hour or so allotted, I had a deep feeling of trust in what she could offer me, a passage through to other side, with objectivity, clarity and integrity.
It soon became clear to me that Debby could easily fit into the mold of one of those archetypal "guardian angels' we are often told about when growing up as kids. She was present, but not invasive, invisible yet tangible in the sense of being a real person, somehow connected to the unearthly, yet definitely benevolent in all of her intentions for her clients.
She provided the skills, training and outlined specific structures to her method, and so the onus of work was not so much on her, but on the client. Because of course , the problems we bring to her are ours. And this is one of the unique beauties and genius of the coaching process. She remained mostly objective, but not to the point of clinical impersonality, which sets her apart and makes her very human and connected to my issues.
As, a coach, through her innate talents and patience for listening to her clients, Debby can show a knack at laser-like perception. This is not an easy or trivial thing to do, especially in the context of today's society, fast paced and fleeting, which can produce complex convolutions of human personality and intricate social networks.
Debby's insight and perception has a way of cutting through this complexity, until the other side became clearer for me. Her talent was to show me the tools I possessed within myself, provide support, and guide to finding that bridge to a wholesomeness that may not have been discovered alone. For this, I am deeply appreciative, and can say that the time spent being coached was one of my best decisions in a long time. I know she will help many others, who may be in deeper need. Thank you Debby.

Dear Debby,
Thank you for all your insight, wisdom and encouragement in helping me move forward toward my life's goals. Life coaching has been such a leap forward from my usual pace (snail) of attaining progress. I think most of all it has helped me weed out the many creative ideas that spin in my head and render without direction for fear I would go in the wrong direction.
Debby, you have helped me know what was real for me and what my truest desires are and how to make simple steps forward towards what would really make me happy. I marvel at your untiring patience when I shifted gears because forward motion provided me with newer insights to things I had not thought of, had I not moved from where I had been stuck (in a motion of spinning but going nowhere). You hung right in there with me and could keep up with me sometimes better than I could keep up with myself.
It is amazing to me how this process works! How I can go for it and let go of what holds me back!!
The Stars really are within reach - It is a matter of knowing what your stars are!
Thanks for everything,

Debby Towle has been my life coach and has made an immeasurable difference in my decision making process.
Debby explained the life coach process thoroughly so I knew what to expect. We did not start until my questions were answered and I felt confident in the process and in her. She did not overpower me or rush me but gave me great latitude until I was ready to start.
Debby has been a gentle teacher directing me back to the truth I hold within myself. I have in a short time found within the answers to my deepest questions. I have found the strength to move away from a debilitating situation which was robbing me of my strength, joy and hope. She accomplished this by re-directing me to my inner knowledge, helping me to quiet myself, encouraging relaxation breathing then asking me clear questions.
There were times my mind was spinning that I was sure there was no way I could focus. I did not believe I held the answers within, there was still a part of me that I needed direction and answers from someone outside of myself. I have learned that I have the answers. I am so happy in a quiet and peaceful way. I am finally creating the life I have wanted and have stopped sabotaging myself.
Debby has a non-judgmental. supportive approach. Loving- kindness exudes from her soft and gentle ways. I could not be more grateful for her.
