How are sessions structured? Coaching sessions are usually done by phone and sometimes in person when it is convenient for both parties. This allows the client access to the coach most suited for them since there are no geographic restrictions. Client can enjoy the freedom and flexibility to have their sessions during their workdays, from the comfort of their home, etc. This eliminates added travel time allowing the client to utilize their time more effectively. Couples and group coaching are done in person. Coaching sessions are typically conducted on a weekly basis. The client chooses what they want to work on each week. The coach creates a safe space for the client to explore new and different ways of thinking by asking empowering questions, sharing observations and getting the client to think outside the box. The coach and client co-create assignments accomplished between sessions to keep the client moving forward towards their goals. The coach has no agenda for the client other than holding the client to the agenda they have set for themselves.
